PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food conveyer enabling reduction in man-power work for laborsaving, or enabling stable supply of a suitable amount of food through setting a charge weight so as to reduce mixture of foreign matters, and making a batch-type food washer exert washing function, foreign matter eliminating function and sterilizing function at a maximum.SOLUTION: The food conveyer conveys food to a batch-type vegetable washer 4, and has the following structure: a measuring hopper 3 supported by a load cell 7 is equipped at the terminal lower part of a transfer conveyer 1 a discharge shoot 32 is openably equipped at a bottom surface opening part 31 formed at the bottom surface of the measuring hopper, wherein the transferring conveyer stops and the discharge shoot is opened when the weight of the food dropped in the measuring hopper from the transferring conveyer and housed in the hopper reaches a set weight set at the load cell, so that the food housed in the measuring hopper is charged into the batch-type food washer.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】 人手による作業を減少して省力化でき、又、投入重量を設定することで適正量の食品を安定して供給することができるようにさせ、これにより異物の混入を減少させ、かつバッチ式食品洗浄装置での洗浄作用、異物除去作用、殺菌作用を最大に発揮させることができる食品搬送装置の提供。【解決手段】 バッチ式野菜洗浄装置4への食品搬送装置である。搬送コンベア1の終端下方にロードセル7により支持された計量ホッパ3が設けられ、計量ホッパの底面に形成された底面開口部31に排出シュート32が開閉可能に設けられ、搬送コンベアから計量ホッパ内に落下して収容された食品の重量が、ロードセルに設定した設定重量に達すると、搬送コンベアが停止すると共に、排出シュートが開放して計量ホッパ内に収容された食品がバッチ式食品洗浄装置へ投入される。【選択図】 図1
