PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively introducing a compound into gastric cancer cells in a specific manner, the compound having the property of inhibiting the expression and/or function of frizzled-2 and/or Frizzled-2 in contrast to the conventional methods of treating gastric cancer.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, ultrasound irradiation and a contrast medium for forming microbubbles are used to introduce a compound having the property of inhibiting the expression and/or function of frizzled-2 and/or Frizzled-2 into gastric cancer cells.
