PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil pad capable of being stably fixed to an object body to be inspected, and further to provide a planar coil device.SOLUTION: A coil pad 120 is disposed between a flat coil performing detection of a magnetic resonance signal transmitted from an object body to be inspected and having flexibility and the object body to be inspected.
