PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing rice slurry with which dispersion of rice particles (the rice slurry) obtained by wet crushing rice can be manufactured efficiently.SOLUTION: In a device 1 for producing rice slurry, a crusher 20 wet crushes rice which has been immersed in water for 1.5 hours or more to 6 hours or less by using a stone mill 21 to produce rice slurry 51. A crusher 30 crushes rice particles included in the rice slurry 51 by using a stone mill 31 to produce rice slurry 52. A crusher 40 crushes rice particles in the rice slurry 52 by using a stone mill 41 to produce rice slurry 53. A groove formed in the stone mill 31 has depth deeper than a groove formed in the stone mill 21. A groove formed in the stone mill 42 has depth equal to that of the groove formed in the stone mill 31 or depth deeper than that of the groove formed in the stone mill 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
