The present invention relates to fusion polypeptides for inducing neutralizing antibodies against toxin A and toxin B of Clostridium difficile, comprising fragments from toxin A and/or toxin B of Clostridium difficile, wherein the first fragment is a toxin A repeating domain fragment； the second fragment is a toxin B repeating domain fragment； the first fragment has a first proximal end； the second fragment has a second proximal end； wherein the first fragment and the second fragment are adjacent to one another and are separated by not more than 5 amino acids in primary structure.
