PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for carrying out irradiation to a target region in a short time in accordance with the shape of the target region that is moving for respiratory movement or the like.SOLUTION: The system includes an accelerator 2 to accelerate a particle beam, a particle beam irradiation device 5 to irradiate the particle beam accelerated by the accelerator 2 to an irradiation object, and a position measuring device 6 to measure the moving width of the irradiation object. The particle beam irradiation device 6 includes a plurality of energy distribution expansion filters 24 having different thickness depending on the particle beam passage position.
