PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charged particle beam irradiation device and a calculation method of dose distribution of a charged particle beam capable of accurately calculating the dose distribution of the charged particle beam at an isocenter position.SOLUTION: The charge particle beam irradiation device 100 for irradiating an irradiation target body at the isocenter position with a charged particle beam P includes: an irradiation part 1 for irradiating the irradiation target body with the charged particle beam P a dose distribution monitor 6 provided in the irradiation part 1, for measuring the dose distribution of the charged particle beam and a dose distribution calculation part 11 for calculating the dose distribution of the charged particle beam P at the isocenter position on the basis of a measurement result of the dose distribution monitor 6.
