Proximal arms (18) each extend between an end (18A) linked to the distal end, and a free end (18B) disposed beyond the distal end. At least one proximal arm (18) is elastically deformable between a separated position and an anchoring position, the radial distance between the free end (18B) and the linked end (18A) of same being greater in the separated position than in the anchoring position. This proximal arm (18) is elastically returned to the anchoring position of same.
