The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating neural diseases, comprising dental pulp stem cells, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention does not use an animal-derived culturing substance in comparison with the conventional drug using stem cells, and has clinical stability. In addition, the pharmaceutical composition can be efficiently used for treating intractable neural diseases by supplying autologous stem cells, which can be applied to a patient with neural diseases.본 발명은 치수줄기세포를 포함하는 신경질환 치료용 약학 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 약학 조성물은 종래의 줄기세포를 이용한 치료제와 달리 동물유래 배양물질을 전혀 사용하지 않아 임상적으로 안정성을 가지면서도 신경질환 환자들에게 적용할 만한 자가 줄기세포를 공급할 수 있어, 난치성 신경질환의 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
