A floating production plant for farming of marine organisms, such as fish, is described, comprising: a number of closed tanks (60) filled with water to contain the organisms, and also associated pumps and pipelines, where each tank comprises water inlets (52,59) and water outlets (4b, 51) for circulating water that is collected from the surrounding sea, and said water outlets (4b, 51) are placed, in the main, in a centrally located and internally open middle section (24), where the middle section extends from the bottom of the tank (60) and vertically up to, at least, above the water level in the tank.L'invention concerne une usine de production flottante pour cultiver des organismes marins, tels que du poisson, comprenant : un nombre de réservoirs fermés (60) remplis d'eau pour contenir les organismes et également des pompes et des canalisations associées, chaque réservoir comprenant des entrées d'eau (52, 59) et des sorties d'eau (4b, 51) pour faire circuler l'eau qui est collectée en provenance de la mer environnante, et lesdites sorties d'eau (4b, 51) sont placées, dans la canalisation principale, dans une section centrale située au centre et ouverte à l'intérieur (24), la section centrale s'étendant à partir du fond du réservoir (60) et verticalement jusqu'à, au moins, au-dessus du niveau d'eau dans le réservoir.
