Procedure for the realization of a hemocompatible material comprising a synthetic, sturdy and watertight substrate and an animal biological tissue chemically fixed in order to avoid immune reactions, method according to which said animal biological tissue is dehydrated, said animaldeshidratado biological tissue on said sticks synthetic substrate by means of a dispersion of the constituent material of synthetic dichosustrato in a solvent such that said constituent material impregnating said animal biological tissue, and then removes said solvent, wherein dehydration of said animal biological tissue is obtained, without lyophilization, only chemically by immersing said animal biological tissue in a bath consisteen a polyethylene glycol solution to at least 80% by weight, the duration of immersion of animal biological dichotejido in said bath by 24 hours .Procedimiento para la realización de un material hemocompatible que comprende un sustrato sintético,resistente y estanco, y un tejido biológico animal, fijado químicamente para evitar reacciones inmunitarias,procedimiento según el cual se deshidrata dicho tejido biológico animal, se pega dicho tejido biológico animaldeshidratado sobre dicho sustrato sintético por medio de una dispersión de la materia constitutiva de dichosustrato sintético en un solvente de manera que dicha materia constitutiva impregna dicho tejido biológico animal,y luego se elimina dicho solvente,caracterizado por que la deshidratación de dicho tejido biológico animal se obtiene, sin liofilización,únicamente por vía química mediante la inmersión de dicho tejido biológico animal en un baño que consisteen una solución de polietilenglicol a al menos el 80% en peso, siendo la duración de la inmersión de dichotejido biológico animal en dicho baño del orden de 24 horas.
