PURPOSE: A novel strain with an antibacterial activity to Phytophthora capsici and a microorganism formulation and agrochemical containing the same are provided to promote crop growth and to ensure antifungal function. CONSTITUTION: A Bacillus subtilis KKG-1(KCTC 11124BP) strain has an antibacterial function against Phytophthora capsici. The growth of crops is promoted by expressing 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate deaminase(ACCD) gene expression.
