The invention further relates to a corresponding attachment method.L'invention concerne un système instrumental pour fixer une greffe d'os sur la scapula, remarquable en ce qu'il comprend un instrument de positionnement qui comporte : - deux branches équipées à une extrémité d'une mâchoire en vis-à-vis entre lesquelles la greffe est positionnée, les deux branches se rapprochant l'une de l'autre par un mouvement en translation, et - un canon de perçage incluant un premier trou et un deuxième trou séparés par une distance et dimensionnés pour le passage et le guidage d'une mèche de perçage d'os. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fixation adapté.
