The mountingelementmay be shaped to engage with the toothholder to prevent rotation of the toothrelative to the toothholder. The mounting element may include a plurality ofouter engagement surfaces. The plurality of outer engagement surfaces maydefine an exterior profile of the mounting element that is polygonal in shape.
