The mounting element may be shaped to engage with the toothholder to prevent rotation of the tooth relative to the toothholder. The mounting element may include a plurality of outer engagement surfaces. The plurality of outer engagement surfaces may define an exterior profile of the mounting element that is polygonal in shape.
