PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwear type disposable diaper having an opening part for taking out the virilia where leakage occurs hardly.
SOLUTION: The underwear type disposable diaper where one waist-surrounding opening part 10 and a pair of leg-surrounding opening parts 12 are formed and which is provided with an absorber is provided with an external member and an absorbable main body. The external member forms respective parts of a front section, a crotch part and a back section. The absorbable body has an absorber for absorbing discharge, a top sheet arranged so as to cover the front surface of the absorber and at least partially made of liquid permeable material and a back sheet arranged so as to cover the back surface of the absorber and at least partially made of liquid impermeable material, and is arranged at a part of at least the front section of the external member. At the part of at least the front section of the external member, the opening part 46 for taking out the virilia is formed at a position superposed with the absorbable main body.
