PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that: in a conventional dental caries suppression method using antibiotic agent, enzyme inhibitor or antibiotics, exopolysaccharide of oral biofilm disturbs infiltration of antibiotic agent, enzyme inhibitor, antibiotic etc., thus it is difficult to exert desired dental caries suppression effect and it is undesirable to use antibiotic agent etc., because of high risk of generation of resistant bacteria therefore, there is needs for development in dental caries suppression method in which control of generation of biofilm by dental caries providing bacteria is carried out, but not control of dental caries generating bacteria so as to provide a safer method exerting high effect.SOLUTION: Generation of dental caries biofilm is inhibited with a composition controlling quorum sensing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
