The present invention provides a perfusion sucking device which comprises the following components: a cataract surgery box body which is provided with a perfusion path, a suction path and a perfusion ventilation path a vitreous surgery box body which is provided with a suction path and a ventilation path for flowing-into of air a first box body holding assembly and a second box body holding assembly which have same structures that respectively comprises a box body clamping mechanism, a creeping suction pump, a ventilation sleeve throttle and a perfusion sleeve throttle a sensor which recognizes the variety of box body based on an identifier provided on each box body and a determination unit which determines whether the variety of box body kept by each box body keeping assembly is suitable based on the selection signal of the surgery variety and the determination signal of the box body.
