PURPOSE: A beverage extracting device and method are provided to allow filler to be dissolved or infused in liquid sufficiently by supplying the liquid with a discharge path closed and opening the discharge path after a predetermined time. CONSTITUTION: A beverage extracting device comprises a tray(541) for mounting a capsule, a liquid supply punch(543) protruding through the tray and opening the capsule to supply liquid, a discharge punch(546) opening the capsule to discharge beverage, and a hemi-spherical cavity collecting the beverage from the underside of the tray.본 발명은 커피분말이나 차원료, 한약재 등이 충진되는 캡슐을 이용하여 음료를 추출하는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 캡슐 상부에 부착된 커버를 통해 액체를 공급하고 음료를 추출하고, 캡슐의 로딩 및 언로딩이 용이한 음료 추출장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 음료 추출장치는 캡슐이 안착되는 트레이； 상기 캡슐을 개구하고 액체를 공급하는 액체공급펀치； 및 음료를 토출할 수 있도록 상기 캡슐을 개구하는 토출펀치；를 포함한다.
