Process for the manufacture of artificial egg shell based on a calcium carbonate composition that contains 153 kg of calcium carbonate, 30 kg of gelatine, 120 litres of water and 0.1 to 0.8% of vegetable dye, said process consisting of six steps: Step 1- mixing the components in a mixing device Step 2- continuing the mixing process at a predetermined temperature for keeping humid the paste or milky mixture so as to maintain characteristics of density and viscosity obtained in the previous step Step 3- preparation that comprises the formation of the artificial shell upon plunging a containment device best known as grid which contains blown-up silicon and latex balloons in the prepared mixture Step 4- drying the artificial shells after cutting the egg nozzle and removing the air from the balloons. Step 5- filling and decorating the eggs with confetti, flour or any similar component. Step 6- sealing the orifice of the artificial egg with tissue paper coated with paste.
