The present invention relates to an endoscope side-view component for being equipped in an endoscope. The endoscope side-view component mainly comprises a sleeve, a first reflection mirror housed within the sleeve and a second reflection mirror housed within the sleeve. The sleeve has a first through-hole and a second through-hole. The first reflection corresponds to the first through-hole and reflects an image incident from a side of the sleeve toward the endoscope. The second reflection mirror reflects the light emitting from an endoscope light source to the side of the sleeve.
