PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of incident.SOLUTION: A management device of an embodiment includes a collection part, an association part, and a display control part. The collection part collects incident information corresponding to a clinical work flow of an execution target, from a first storage unit storing the incident information where information on incident occurring in past times and the clinical work flow where the incident occurs, are associated with each other. The association part associates the incident information collected by the collection part, with the clinical work flow of the execution target.
