The invention relates to a brainwave control integrated system for a wheelchair and message sending. Primarily, a brainwave capturing device is provided to be worn on a user’ s head and communicated with a main control device. The main control device is loaded with a fast Fourier transform program and a pattern setting program. The pattern setting program can set a flash frequency for the pattern, and the setting pattern can be shown on a display unit of the main control device. Furthermore, an electric wheelchair control system and a telephone control system are communicated with the main control device. Accordingly, when a user watches the pattern with a specific flash frequency displayed on the display unit, a brain wave potential signal generated after the user watches the pattern will be captured by the brainwave capturing device.
