PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new low-molecular weight compound having excellent cell proliferation-inhibiting activities, tumor cell infiltration-inhibiting activities, vascularization-inhibiting activities or the like and to provide a method for producing the compound, and a pharmacological composition and a medicine using the compound.SOLUTION: A plurality of compounds containing an oxazine structure, a benzisoxazole structure, a triazole structure or the like in the molecule are synthesized, and it is found that they have excellent cell proliferation-inhibiting activities, tumor cell infiltration-inhibiting activities, vascularization-inhibiting activities or the like.
