PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist generator capable of shifting to a drainage operation by surely detecting the removal of a water supply tank from a mist generator body.SOLUTION: When a mist operation for discharging humidification air containing nano-mist and negative ions to the inside of a room is completed, a state of a tank detection switch 17 is confirmed. When the tank detection switch 17 is in an OFF state, elapsed time since the switch became the OFF state is counted, and when 10 seconds have elapsed since the start of the OFF state, a drain valve 35 is opened and water in an inner tray 9 is flowed into a drain tank 5. Thus, when the removal of a water supply tank 10 from a storage room 13 is detected, a drainage operation is automatically started. Thereby, the water in the inner tray 9 is not left undrained, occurrence and propagation of germs and molds can be prevented, and a hygienic mist operation can always be performed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 器具本体から給水タンクが取り出されたことを確実に検知して排水動作に移ることが可能なミスト発生装置を提供する。【解決手段】 ナノミストとマイナスイオンを含んだ加湿空気を室内に放出するミスト運転が終了したら、タンク検知スイッチ17の状態を確認し、タンク検知スイッチ17がOFF状態になっていれば、OFF状態状態になってから経過した時間をカウントして、OFF状態になってから10秒経過していれば排水弁35を開放して内トレー9内の水を排水タンク5内に流入するので、収納室13内から給水タンク10が取り出されたことを検知したら自動的に排水動作に移るため、内トレー9内の水を排水し忘れることがなく菌やカビの発生や増殖を防止でき、常に衛生的なミスト運転を行うことができる。【選択図】 図5
