The present invention relates to a lower support type rehabilitation device for fingers. It comprises a cover plate having a hand covering portion and a plurality of through-holes disposed on the hand covering portion； a plurality of finger supports disposed to the hand covering portion, wherein each of the plurality of finger supports has a first finger base, a second finger base pivotally connected to the first finger base and two side arms respectively disposed on two sides of the second finger base, and a beam disposed on the first finger base； and a traction device disposed on the hand covering portion of the cover plate and having a first processing module, a plurality of driver modules electrically connected to the first processing module, a plurality of pull-ropes connected to the plurality of driver modules and a plurality of pressure sensors electrically connected to the first processing module, wherein each of the plurality of pull-ropes passes through one of the plurality of through-holes for fixing to the beam of the first finger base.本發明有關於一種手指下托式復健輔具，其包含有一覆蓋板，係具有一手覆蓋部以及複數個設置於手覆蓋部之通孔；複數個設置於手覆蓋部的手指支撐座，每一個手指支撐座係具有一第一手指基座、一樞接於第一手指基座之第二手指基座與兩個分別設置於第二手指基座兩側的側臂，第一手指基座設置有一橫樑；以及一牽引裝置，設置於覆蓋板之手覆蓋部，係具有一第一處理模組、複數個電性連接第一處理模組之驅動模組、複數個連接複數個驅動模組之拉繩與複數個電性連接第一處理模組之壓力感測器，每一個拉繩係穿過通孔固定於第一手指基座之橫樑。
