PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamy aerosol cosmetic for the hair that has excellent storage stability, suppresses discharge defects by clogging of a stem part and a nozzle port caused by precipitates by complexes formed by mixing with an ionic film-forming polymer and has excellent discharge stability, and a foamy aerosol composition for the hair that has fine texture and excellent foam qualities, excellent hair dressing power and hair dressing holding power, no stiff feeling and no creaky feeling and excellent sense of use.
SOLUTION: The foamy aerosol cosmetic for the hair comprises (A) an ionic film-forming polymer, (B) a polyglycerin monoalkyl ether, (C) a polyhydric alcohol and (D) water, and (E) a propellant.
