The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a ginsenoside PPD-based nanomicelle with a specific composition ratio by using a high concentration of saponin-enriched powder and high purity ginsenoside (Rb1). By using the same, poorly water soluble pharmacological components are made into nanomicelles to use the same as a transfer media of the pharmacological ingredients, and can be usefully used in parallel with the pharmacological effects of high purity ginsenoside composition having the specific composition forming the nanomicelle.본 발명은 고농도 사포닌 농축분말 및 고순도 Ginsenoside (Rb1)를 사용하여 특정 조성비율의 Ginsenoside PPD계 Nano Micelle을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 이를 이용하여 난용성 약리성분들을 Nano Micell화 시킴으로서 약리성분의 전달매체로 사용할 수 있고 Nano Micelle을 이루는 특정 조성의 고순도 Ginsenoside 조성물의 약리적 효과를 병행하여 유용하게 활용할 수 있다.
