A perspiration data estimation device includes: a comparing section comparing local perspiration data acquired by a perspiration sensor with a first perspiration pattern indicating progression of the amount of perspiration on the local part over time； and a perspiration state estimating section estimating the amount of perspiration on the whole body on the basis of a result of the comparison at the comparing section and a second perspiration pattern indicating progression of the perspiration state of the whole body over time.
