FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for infrared diagnosing of soft tissue bruises made by solid blunt objects. For this purpose under room conditions at temperature +25 °C is carried out examination of survivor not later than 60 minutes after accident. For this purpose, selected part of body surface is exposed and position analysed by this part surface towards researcher. Inspected and infrared thermography in this part using thermal imager perpendicular to it at distance of 1 m, tuned to infrared analysis in temperature range +25…+36 °C. Obtaining colour image on thermal imager and local temperature surface with continuous registration and estimate their dynamics before, during and after short-term local cooling. Local cooling is performed by uniform air flow blowing surface of room temperature using blowing device domestic hairdryer equipped with function of creation of uniform cold air flow. Skin is blowed from distance of 5-15 cm with intensity of air flow, providing from 10 to 60 seconds of low skin temperature by several degrees in range of study up to each moment of occurrence of non-uniformity of skin temperature and zone of local hyperthermia or to reduce skin temperature by several degrees. At that, does not allow cooling below +26 °C for up to 60 seconds. Thermograms surface is performed in all cases, detecting new zones of local hyperthermia when maximum thermo shadowing of adjacent zones of selected part of skin surface. Dynamics of its first temperature during cooling, and then, after that, during temperature increase up to normalize its temperature skin or to detect moment of maximum irregularity of temperature and detecting new zones of local hyperthermia. Thereafter thermograms are compared with each other. At uniform surface temperature, conclusion is made on uniformity of its structure and lack of traces of soft tissue injury.
