Provided is a composition for inhibiting an activity of neuraminidases containing fractionated materials of ethyl acetate from fruiting bodies of Inonotus obliquus as an active ingredient and, more specifically, to a composition for inhibiting an activity of neuraminidases containing solvent extracts of Inonotus obliquus, fractionated materials and compounds having specific structures isolated therefrom as active ingredients. The composition according to the present invention can be used for preventing and treating influenza virus infection by inhibiting the activity of neuraminidases which are essential for viral replication and exist on the surface of influenza viruses, and preventing proliferation of viruses to other cells in respiratory organs.차가버섯(Inonotus obliquus) 자실체 추출물로부터 분획된 에틸아세테이트 분획물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 뉴라미니데이즈 활성 억제용 조성물이 제공된다. 본 발명은, 차가버섯 용매 추출물, 분획물 및 그로부터 분리된 특정 구조식의 화합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 뉴라미니데이즈 활성 억제용 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 인플루엔자 바이러스 표면에 존재하면서 바이러스 복제에 필수적인 기능을 하는 뉴라미니데이즈의 활성을 억제함으로써 인플루엔자 바이러스가 호흡기관 내 다른 세포로 확산되는 것을 차단하기 때문에 인플루엔자 바이러스 감염의 예방 및 치료용으로 사용될 수 있다.
