PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Kakkonto (a Chinese herbal medicine)-containing internal liquid medicine composition that improves an unpleasant taste and a peculiar bad smell of Kakkonto extract and is easily taken.SOLUTION: The Kakkonto liquid medicine composition includes (a)-(c): (a) 0.1-10 w/v% of one or more selected from the group consisting of sucrose, honey and isomerized sugar, (b) one or more sweeteners selected from the group consisting of 0.005-0.05 w/v% of sucralose, 0.005-0.05 w/v% of stevia and 0.0001-0.005 w/v% of thaumatin and (c) one or more spices selected from the group consisting of fruit-based spice, ginger spice and red pepper spice.
