The present invention relates to a formulation for arthritis treatment and a manufacturing method of the same wherein the formulation for arthritis treatment contains as active ingredient methyl sulfonyl methane (MSM) and is manufactured in a granular formulation and thereby, has an improved taste. More specifically, the present invention relates to the formulation for arthritis treatment with an improved taste and the manufacturing method of the same wherein the invention further comprises a herbal medicine along with the MSM, and includes 85 to 90 wt% of the MSM and 10 to 15 wt% of the herbal medicine with respect to 100 wt% of the formulation. The MSM and the formulation for arthritis treatment, which includes an herbal medicine and has a granular formation, of the present invention effectively reduce a bitter taste of the MSM and therefore, allow a user to easily take medication.
