PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact apparatus for leg slide exercise effective on brain plasticity.SOLUTION: A right-foot holder 25 and a left-foot holer 35 are provided on a right slider 20 and a left slider 30 installed parallel to each other, the front ends of the right slider 20 and the left slider 30 are connected to each other with a wire 7, and the rear ends thereof are connected to each other with a wire 8 so as to allow spontaneous exercise of a hemiplegic limb by a healthy limb. Further, the tip end of a lever 53 which is swingable with a hand is connected to at least one of the left/right sliders 20 and 30, that are the two leg sliders, and a handle provided at the other end of the lever 53 induces spontaneous manual exercise so as to contribute to the brain plasticity.
