The method comprises: producing a dental cast model from an edentulous patients jaw partitioning the edentulous space with the aid of self-adhesive partitioning dental stickers producing a radiopaque marker appliance for a radiographic visualisation planning on the sagital and panoramic views of the CT aligning the dental cast model in the dental model laser aligner, bringing the dental cast model into a new position which makes a vertical being in the osteotomy direction. The final step comprises: inserting the telescopic composed drilling tube and molding a base plate resulting a surgical guide with the telescopic composed drilling tube.
