PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foliage treatment device capable of cutting and removing excellently a foliage part falling to the lateral side of a ridge.SOLUTION: A foliage treatment device erects and cuts a foliage part by an air flow generated by rotation of a rotary knife, and discharges a strip of the cut foliage part to the side of the ridge through a passage in a chamber. Especially, the foliage treatment device includes a pair of right-and-left scraping parts for scraping up the foliage part falling to the lateral side of a ridge. Consequently, even the foliage part falling to the lateral side of a ridge can be scraped up toward the upper surface of the ridge, and cut and removed excellently.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】畝の側方へ倒れた茎葉部も良好に切断・除去することができる茎葉処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】茎葉処理装置は、回転刃の回転により生じる空気流で、茎葉部を起立させて切断し、切断された茎葉部の細片を、チャンバー内の流路を通って畝の脇へ排出する。特に、この茎葉処理装置は、畝の側方へ倒れた茎葉部を掻揚げる、左右一対の掻揚げ部を備える。このため、畝の側方へ倒れた茎葉部も、畝の上面へ向けて掻揚げて、良好に切断・除去することができる。【選択図】図６
