PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ligament fixture which has a connection member connected to the ligament which has higher fixture-certainty and operability and a cross-section shape capable of corresponding to the horizontally long-shaped ligament easily too and achieves a smaller burden to the patient.SOLUTION: The ligament fixture is inserted/fixed to a mounting hole H2 formed in the bone B2 to be used, a ligament fixture 1 is made of biodegradable and absorbent material which is a composite material of polymer and bioceramic, at least two opposite faces 11a, 11b are structured with inclined planes approaching each other toward the tip, the inclined planes are attached with a resistance imparting part 13 and wedge-shaped, the cross-sectional shape of a tip part 10a is made smaller than the cross-sectional shape of the mounting hole H2, and a region having a cross-sectional shape larger than the cross-sectional shape of the mounting hole H2 in a main body part 10b continuing to the tip part 10a is included.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】靱帯に接続された接続部材の固定の確実性及び操作性が高く、かつ、横断面形状が横長形状の靱帯にも容易に対応できるとともに、患者の負担が小さい靱帯固定具を提供すること。【解決手段】生体骨B2に形成された装着用の孔H2に、挿入、固定して使用されるもので、靱帯固定具1が、ポリマーとバイオセラミックとのコンポジット材料である生体内分解吸収性材料からなり、少なくとも対向する2面11a、11bを先端側に向けて漸近する傾斜面で構成するとともに、これら傾斜面に抵抗付与部13を備えて楔形に形成され、先端部10aの断面形状を装着用の孔H2の断面形状より小さく、先端部10aに続く本体部10bに断面形状を装着用の孔H2の断面形状より大きく形成した部位を有するようにする。【選択図】図1
