The invention relates to a micro-organism fordecontaminating fumonisins and fumonisin derivatives and tothe use of bacteria or yeasts, alone or in a combination oftwo or more strains for decontaminating fumonisins andfumonisin derivatives in foodstuffs and/or feed. Theinvention also relates to a method for decontaminatingfumonisins and fumonisin derivatives with the aid of amicro-organism and to a feed additive for inactivatingmycotoxins, in particular fumonisins and fumonisinderivatives.
