An Aspergillus strain CICC 2435 and fermentation broth or fermentation broth extract produced by the Aspergillus strain CICC 2435 are provided. The fermentation broth or fermentation broth extract can partially hydrolyze acarbose to produce composition which is more effective in lowering the blood glucose than acarbose. The uses of the fermentation broth, the fermentation broth extract and the composition in preparing medicine for lowering the blood glucose are also provided.Linvention concerne une souche CICC 2435 dAspergillus et un bouillon de fermentation ou un extrait de bouillon de fermentation produit par la souche CICC 2435 dAspergillus. Le bouillon de fermentation ou lextrait de bouillon de fermentation peut partiellement hydrolyser lacarbose pour produire une composition qui est plus efficace que lacarbose dans la diminution de la glycémie.
