A method for manufacturing a pollen according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) preparing an inner mold for producing a pollen consisting of a bottom surface and sidewalls thereof and an outer mold for being spaced apart from the inner mold, (b) attaching a fiber-reinforced plastic to the outside of the inner mold； (c) injecting fiber-reinforced cement made by mixing cement, polymer and glass fiber between the inner mold and the outer mold, Curing the glass fiber-reinforced cement at room temperature to form pollen, and (e) demolding the inner and outer frames from the pollen.본 발명은 화분 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 화분 제조방법은 (a) 바닥면 및 이를 둘러싼 측벽으로 이루어진 화분을 제조하기 위한 내측 형틀 및 상기 내측 형틀과의 사이에 간격을 두고 배치되는 외측 형틀을 준비하는 단계, (b) 상기 내측 형틀의 외부에 섬유강화플라스틱을 부착하는 단계, (c) 상기 내측 형틀과 외측 형틀 사이에 시멘트, 폴리머 및 유리섬유를 혼합하여 만든 유리섬유강화시멘트를 주입하는 단계, (d) 상기 유리섬유강화시멘트를 상온에서 경화하여 화분을 성형하는 단계 및 (e) 상기 화분에서 내측 형틀과 외측 형틀을 탈형하는 단계를 포함한다.
