The fixing pad (20) comprises a human body attachment layer (21) used to fit human skin, such that the fixing pad (20) fixes the temperature sensing element (10) to the human body, and an air hole is disposed on the fixing pad (20). The signal transmission module (30) is electrically connected to the temperature sensing element (10), and used to transfer an electrical signal generated according to the human body temperature and by the temperature sensing element (10), to a monitor device to be processed and displayed. The temperature sensing element (10) can quickly transfer heat upon directly touching the human body, and since the air hole is provided on the fixing pad (20), the human body temperature can be easily transferred to the temperature sensing element (10), thereby realizing a quick temperature ramp rate of a body temperature measurement, shortening a measurement time, and obtaining an accurate measurement result.
