Provided is an auscultoscope for multi-party consultation, comprising: a chestpiece (1), a megalophonic device (2), a sound guide tube (3), a listening tube (4) and an earpiece (5), the megalophonic device (2) comprising: a sound collecting device (21), an amplifier (22) and a communication unit (23), one end of the sound collecting device (21) is connected to the chestpiece (1), and the other end thereof is connected to the amplifier (22) which is connected to the communication unit (23) and one end of the sound guide tube (3), the other end of the sound guide tube (3) is connected to a lower branch tube (41) of the listening tube (4), left and right branch tubes (42) of the listening tube (4) are respectively provided with one earpiece (5), the earpieces (5) relays a patients auscultatory sound collected by the chestpiece (1) for the attending physician to auscultate, and the communication unit (23) sends the patients auscultatory sound to every terminal device worn by every physician participating in the multi-party consultation for auscultating the patient.
