Relative displacement of the machine frame 10 and the steering handle H along a predetermined direction is allowed at a position different from a connection part 101 where the steering handle H is fixed and connected to the machine frame 10, and a displacement regulating mechanism 100 for regulating the relative displacement of not smaller than a predetermined amount is provided.
