The present invention relates to a device for controlling fine displacement and, more specifically, to a device for controlling fine displacement capable of precisely controlling a small amount of displacement. The device for controlling fine displacement according to the present invention comprises a first displacement means and a second displacement means. The first displacement means generates displacement in one direction. The second displacement means is connected to the first displacement means and generates displacement in the other direction by reducing the displacement generated by the first displacement means at a certain ratio. Therefore, the device for controlling fine displacement controls the displacement generated by the second displacement means with the displacement generated by the first displacement means. According to the present invention, even though the first displacement means is moved in a large width, a displacement part of the second displacement means is moved in a small width as the displacement is reduced at a certain ratio to the displacement of the first displacement means. In other words, the displacement part of the second displacement means is moved by a displacement reduced at a certain ratio to the first displacement means, thereby controlling the displacement part of the second displacement means by the first displacement means and reducing the width of an error that may be generated in the first displacement means.
