A measuring apparatus is disclosed. The measuring apparatus comprises an audio capturing module, an audio displaying module, and a switching module. The audio capturing module is configured to capture audio signal. The audio displaying module, electrically connected to the audio capturing module, is configured to output audio signal. The switching module, electrically connected to the audio displaying module, is configured to set an enable signal to control the audio displaying module. The enable signal is capable of being set into a first state or a second state.
