The present invention relates to a fishing light-emitting body. Light-emitting improves a fish collecting effect, and an artificial float or a buoy is installed in accordance with a use thereof. Thus, the fishing light-emitting body can be used for a trap fishing or as a light-emitting float. To this end, the fishing light-emitting body of the present invention comprises: a transparent first body (20) configured to include a ring part (22) having a fixing hole (21), and a support part (25) stepped to be extended to one side of the ring part, having a hollow inside (23) opened to one side, and having a male screw (24) formed on the outer circumferential surface of the end thereof a transparent second body (30) configured to include a ring part (32) having a fixing hole (31) formed therein, and a coupling part (35) extended to one side of the ring part, and at the same time having a female screw (34) correspondingly formed to be coupled with the male screw of the support part at the inner circumferential surface of a hollow inside (33) opened to one side and a light-emitting means (40) fitted into the hollow inside (23) formed in the support part (25) of the first body (20), sealed by a sealing material (45) to make only a part of a contact terminal exposed to the outside, and at the same time making a light-emitting element (44) emit light through a power source through a contact of the contact terminal (43) with water. While only a part of a contact terminal (43) of a light-emitting means (40) is exposed, the open end of a hollow inside (23) formed in a support part (25) of a first body (20) is sealed and closed by a sealing material (45).
