The present invention provides a non-toxic process for producing three-dimensional directional nano-fiber conduit, which is a three dimensional tissue engineering frame formed by a plurality of directional fibers that are regularly arranged and weaved. The fiber has a diameter ranged between 100 nanometer and 1 micrometer. The composition of the fiber is substantially composed of biocompatible and biodegradable polymer. The present invention further provides a method for repairing damaged tissue or organ by using the non-toxic three-dimensional directional nano-fiber conduit to help cell growth. Since the diameter of the fiber of the fiber membrane is ranged between 100 nanometer and 1 micrometer, the three-dimensional directional nano-fiber conduit of the present invention has a large surface area and extensively-communicated pores among the fibers such that oxygen and nutrition can be diffused deeply to the conduit tissue engineering frame, thereby facilitating and guiding the cell to be capable of attachment and growth. Besides, with the frame structure of the directional nano-fiber capable of being reinforced without using the crosslinking agent that is harmful to the cell, efficacies of increasing frame mechanical strength of the directional nano-fiber can be achieved. Moreover, the composition of the three-dimensional directional nano-fiber conduit is mainly composed of the biocompatible and biodegradable polymer so that cell compatibility can be increased and the three-dimensional directional nano-fiber conduit can be decomposed by metabolic mechanism in human body after being implanted, instead of a revision surgery for conduit removal that causes lots of pain to the patient.本發明提供一種無毒化製程來製備三維方向性奈米纖維導管,其係由複數方向性纖維整齊排列編織而成三維之組織工程支架,該等纖維之直徑係介於100奈米至1微米之間,該等纖維之成分實質上係由生物相容性與生物降解性高分子所組成。本發明更提供一種利用無毒三維方向性奈米纖維導管導引細胞生長用於修復受損組織或器官之方法。由於本發明之纖維薄膜之纖維的直徑係介於100奈米至1微米之間,故本發明之三維方向性奈米纖維細胞導管具有表面積大且纖維之間有廣泛互聯的孔洞,使氧氣與營養物質可以擴散到導管組織工程支架深處,促進並導引細胞可以黏附與生長,且方向性奈米纖維可以不利用對細胞有害的交聯劑增強支架結構就
