The method comprises keeping the Trionychidae zygotes in 14-20 ℃ for 5-35 days, then shifting the Trionychidae zygotes in 22-34℃ for hatching the Trionychidae zygotes. The Trionychidae zygotes are the 5th-13th days after being laid. A hatching accumulated temperature is between 37500 and 49108 hours-℃. Humidity is kept as 70-100% during the whole method.
