The concentrated hair care composition comprises one or more silicones, perfumes, emulsifier systems, and less than 10% of high melting point fatty compounds. The method includes dispensing the concentrated hair care composition from an aerosol foam dispenser, applying foam to the hair, and rinsing the foam from the hair as the foam administration.
