A method of treating hair comprising providing a concentrated hair care composition in a mechanical foam dispenser. The concentrated hair care composition includes one or more silicones and from about 1% to about 5% perfume and is substantially free of high melting point fatty compounds. The method also includes dispensing the concentrated hair care composition as a foam dosage form from a mechanical foam dispenser, applying foam to the hair, and rinsing the foam from the hair.
